No cups will be provided at the aid stations. Each runner must bring their own cup to consume the beverages. Hydration packs or bottles can only and exclusively be refilled with water.
Each runner must legibly mark their bib number, with indelible ink, on the wrappers of bars, gels, food bags, etc., that they carry at any time.
At TP60 there is NO bag transport service to Rascafría, given its shorter distance.
Bus service:
There will be a bus service for the return to the finish line for runners who decide to withdraw, only and exclusively from the following points:
- La Morcuera
- Rascafría
- Puerto de Cotos
THOSE WHO DECIDE TO DROP OUT IN OTHER PLACES MUST REACH THE ESTABLISHED POINTS FOLLOWING THE ITINERARY. ONLY IN CASE OF ACCIDENT OR ILLNESS WILL THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDE THE MEANS FOR EVACUATION.
