  • Jacket with hood, made with a waterproof and breathable membrane with a minimum water column of 10,000 mm, long sleeves, and the corresponding size
  • Long pants with waterproof and breathable membrane with a minimum water column of 10,000 mm
  • Gloves
  • Cup max. 33 cl. (separate from the hydration system or bottles)
  • Trail running shoes with good grip, patterned sole, and upper with fastening elements that keep the shoe firmly attached to the foot and protect it entirely up to below the ankle
  • Backpack or fanny pack with sufficient capacity to carry all of the above

In case of adverse weather conditions, the following will also be required (*):

    • Waterproof gloves
    • Additional long-sleeved thermal second layer with a minimum weight of 150 gr (excluding cotton)
    • Hat or neck scarf that protects the head from the cold

(*) This circumstance, if necessary, will be communicated in advance and in the technical talk.

      • Km 40 – La Morcuera (liquid + solid).
      • Km 56 – Rascafría (liquid + solid).
      • Km 65 – Puerto del Reventón (liquid + solid).
      • Km 73 – La Granja (liquid + solid + pasta).
      • Km 79 – Raso del Pino (liquid).
      • Km 89 – Puerto de los Cotos (liquid + solid).
      • Km 94 – Las Guarramillas (liquid + solid).

      Km 104 – Finish Line (full).

    No cups will be provided at the aid stations. Each runner must bring their own cup to consume the beverages. Only water can be used to refill water bottles or hydration packs.

    Each runner must legibly mark their bib number, with indelible marker, on the wrappers of bars, gels, food bags, etc., both those carried in the starting backpack and those deposited in the bag for transport to Rascafría.

    Backpack Transport Service

    There will be a Transportation service for backpacks with replacement material for participants in the GTP 104K. Backpacks can be delivered on Friday, October 10, up to 30 minutes before departure, at the Navacerrada Sports Center, with a maximum volume of 25 liters. From there, the Organization will transfer them to the Rascafría aid station and make them available to the runners. Once used, they will be transferred back to the finish line.

    They will be available for collection until Sunday, October 12.

    Bus service

    There will be a bus service for the return to the finish line for runners who decide to withdraw, only and exclusively from the following points:

    • Canto Cochino
    • Puerto de La Morcuera
    • Rascafría
    • La Granja
    • Puerto de Cotos

    THOSE WHO DECIDE TO DROP OUT IN OTHER PLACES MUST REACH THE ESTABLISHED POINTS FOLLOWING THE ITINERARY. ONLY IN CASE OF ACCIDENT OR ILLNESS WILL THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDE THE MEANS FOR EVACUATION.
