1) Participants who do not pay for the bus seat reservation will have to get to the start in Miraflores de la Sierra (TP60) on their own. There are no buses for repatriation from Navacerrada to Miraflores.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ELITE REGISTRATION

Places will be reserved for those national and international level runners (elite) who appear in the UTMB World ranking and who request it through the email info@grantrailgtp.com between February 10, 2026 and June 30, 2026, with the following criteria:

Place and free registration

> 780 ITRA/UTMB points (men)

> 650 ITRA/UTMB points (women)

Top 3 overall male and female finishers in GTP or TP60 in recent editions.

Those who prove to have finished the 15 editions of the GTP or the 12 of the TP60.

Place with payment of registration

> 750 ITRA/UTMB points (men)

> 600 ITRA/UTMB points (women)

Men sub-15 h in GTP (2024 edition not valid) or sub-6 h 30 in TP60

Women sub-18 h in GTP (2024 edition not valid) or sub 8 h 00 in TP60

TP60 PRE-REGISTRATION / REGISTRATION

Given the limited number of participants in the PRUG of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, and the high demand for the TP60 event, a pre-registration period and subsequent draw are established to allocate the available bib numbers.

Participation in the draw

To participate in the draw (exclusively for the TP60), it is necessary to pre-register, completing the form available on the official website, www.grantrailgtp.com, in the “Pre-registration” section.

PERIOD: From January 12 at 11:00 a.m. to January 25 at 12:00 a.m.

PRICE: €5, to be deducted from the total registration price if it is formalized, or to be returned if not chosen. If a runner is chosen and declines to register, for whatever reason, they will not obtain any refund.

All athletes with a minimum age of 18 years, completed before the day of the event, may pre-register.

Pre-registration can be done in a group (minimum two people, maximum six people per group). Whoever makes the pre-registration must choose the “Group Pre-registration” option on the web. You must fill in the form with your data and that of the other members of the group. A single draw number will be assigned, valid for the entire group.

In the draw, the probabilities of being chosen are the same for individual registrations as for group registrations. The only advantage of doing group pre-registration is that all the components of the group will obtain the same result in the draw.

This grouping is only valid for the pre-registration process. In the TP60 event, there are no categories for groups or teams. Pre-registration as a group does not imply a reduction in the registration price, which is maintained for each participant.

Only one pre-registration (individual or in group) can be made, valid to participate in the TP60 event draw.

Number of places to be drawn

TP60: 350

The organization reserves a limited number of guaranteed places, without a draw, for the following cases:

  1. A) Members of the RSEA Peñalara, as well as collaborating clubs
  2. B) Guests of the organization
  3. C) Runners sub 6 h 00 min in TP60
  4. D) Runners sub 7 h 00 min in TP60
  5. E) National and international elite runners
  6. F) Those who prove to have finished the 15 editions of the Gran Trail de Peñalara or the 13 editions of the Trail Peñalara TP60

Those interested who meet any of the conditions of sections C, D, E and F must send an email to info@grantrailgtp.com,before June 30, 2026 indicating full name.

This bib number reservation does not affect the indicated quotas

Draw procedure

Each pre-registration will be given a correlative number, which will be indicated in the confirmation email. It is important that, when filling out the form, the email address is well reviewed, updated and in use, because it is only to that address where all notifications will be sent to the participant from the organization.

In case the places offered are not covered, there will be no draw and all pre-registered participants would move on to direct registration. To formalize this, they must complete the registration form and pay the rest of the amount within the indicated deadlines.

The draw will be public and will be held at the headquarters of the RSEA Peñalara, c/ Aduana, 17 – Bajo, Madrid, on January 27 at 7:30 p.m. It can also be followed via streaming through our social networks. A single number will be extracted at random using a computer application, from among all those assigned. That number and the successive ones will obtain a place, until completing the maximum quota.

If after the allocation of places and formalization of registrations there are free places, these would pass to the next participant in the order of the draw, repeating the allocation process until covering the available places.

Changes of position, place, or bib number between different races, GTP and TP60, are not allowed.

Those pre-registered individually who did not obtain a place in the 2 draws corresponding to the 2024 edition and 2025 edition will obtain a direct place without a draw. These places will be deducted from the quota announced to be drawn.

Those pre-registered individually (for the first time) who are not chosen for the 2026 registration, will obtain an extra number for the draw of the following edition, provided they meet the pre-registration requirements that are in force at the time.

The result of the draw is valid only for the current edition, and the registration cannot be transferred to future editions, even in the event that, having formalized the registration, it has not been possible to participate in the race or it has been abandoned during the course of it. A place is not reserved from one year to another.

Those pre-registered who have not obtained a place in the draw will receive a refund of the amount deposited (€5), once the registration period has ended and all available places have been completed. The payment will be made on the same credit card used for the payment.

TP60 REGISTRATION

TP60. Once the result of the draw has been communicated, the deadline to formalize the registration will be from January 29, 2026 at 00:00 h, to February 8 at 24:00 h. In that non-extendable period, the remaining amount must be paid, up to the total of the established fee.

Those who do not complete the registration within the indicated period will lose their right to registration. The amount of the deposit will not be returned to them and they will not be able to benefit from the advantages for the draw of the following year.

GTP and GTP RELAYS REGISTRATION

For the GTP and GTP Relays races there is no pre-registration or draw. The registration period will open on February 10, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. directly and until the available bib numbers are exhausted (300 GTP / 75 Relays).

GENERAL REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

To definitively validate the registration of all events (GTP, GTP Relays and TP60), the document of assumption of responsibility, duly signed, available on the website, must be provided.

It will also be mandatory to present a medical report certifying that you have the physical capacity for intensive and long-term sports practice in mountain racing competition. Said report must be completed in the official model provided by the organization, or similar authorized. It must be signed and stamped by a registered doctor, issued in 2026. Documents with a date prior to January 1, 2026 will not be accepted. It is highly recommended, but not mandatory, that the medical report be obtained together with a stress test, to rule out any pathology that endangers the health of the runner.

The Organization reserves the right to verify the validity of the medical reports, and may take legal action in the case of falsified, amended or altered documents.

The document of assumption of responsibility and the medical report must be uploaded to the file of the participant created on the registration platform in format (jpg, pdf, png or tiff), before September 1, 2026. In case of not being received within the established period (they will not be admitted after the deadline), the registration will be automatically canceled, without the right to a refund of the registration fee. It is the responsibility of each participant to fulfill this requirement in its term, without the Organization being obliged to claim the documents not presented in time and form.

Likewise, it will also be mandatory for those who do not contract the accident insurance of the organization to provide proof of accident insurance valid during 2026 in Spain for mountain races or Trail Running at the time of formalizing the registration.

The formalization of the registration implies knowledge and acceptance of the Race Regulations, as well as the transfer of the rights of the images taken in the development of the race to the Organizer and the use of the data provided, as established by the Organic Law on Data Protection of the Spanish State. Likewise, the participants accept any modification of the regulations and circumstances of the development of the race motivated by health restrictions derived from COVID-19 or another pandemic.

GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In the event that a participant decides not to participate after having formalized the registration, they may request a partial refund of the fee already paid. For this, the following deadlines and cancellation costs are established:

  • Deadline, from February 1st to April 30th

Cost: 25% Registration fee

  • Deadline, from May 1st to June 30th 2026

Cost: 45% registration fee

  • Deadline from July 1 to September 20, 2026

Cost: 60% of registration fee

Any request for cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the email info@grantrailgtp.com, indicating personal data and attaching proof of registration. The amount of the refund will be made effective on the card with which the initial payment was made. Outside the established deadlines, the participant who desists from participating will totally lose the amount of the registration. In this case, only commemorative gifts will be given to those registered who go to pick them up at the bib number delivery points, at the established times; they will not be sent by mail.

In case of cancellation of the race for reasons beyond the organization or force majeure, the organization would retain from the registration fee:

– Until August 1, 2026, 25%

– From August 2 to September 25, 2025, 40%

After September 25 or if one of the races in progress is interrupted for reasons beyond the organization, up to 100% of the registration fee would be retained.

If a significant number of cancellations occur and the number of participants is less than the quota allowed in each event, the organization may put on sale the places released by those who canceled. These places will be offered to those interested in participating directly through the web, until one week before the celebration of the race.

Under no circumstances are changes of position, place, or bib number allowed between different races, GTP and TP60. Race bib numbers are not interchangeable.

Only for the GTP Relays event may a change of any of the team members be made, provided that it is accredited with a certificate of force majeure and only until September 20, 2026.

Under no circumstances will a change of ownership of the registration be allowed, nor a reservation of a place for future editions, and those who cannot participate must adhere to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs.
